At L'École Culinaire, we have carefully designed our programs to produce well-rounded graduates. As a result, 100% of your time will be spent studying your chosen field.

Our unique curricular structure is based on a series of 10-week educational phases where you take one major course at a time. This gives you the opportunity to delve deeply into each phase and explore new ideas as they arise – without interruption.

We offer the following diploma and degree opportunities:

Culinary Essentials:

Gain a solid foundation to pursue career success. Earn your diploma in our Culinary Essentials program! You will receive instruction to perform the fundamental tasks necessary for the successful operation of the brigade, line operation, or baking/pastry bench in a food service-related industry. Get the comprehensive training you need to succeed in the culinary field!

Culinary Arts:

Develop your own unique culinary techniques and learn professional practices. Earn your Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Culinary Arts and carefully craft the skills you need for entry-level management in culinary applications. You'll apply real-world training with community service opportunities built into the program and gain hands-on experience during a 10-week externship.

Culinary Management:

The objective of this program is to prepare the student for entry-level employment in the field of culinary management. Graduates of this program will have a working knowledge of management of the business, food safety concerns, marketing and customer service, legalities, guidance in leadership, marketing strategies, and beverage management to culminate in a capstone course.
